The Palm
Beach County Convention Center is a state-of-the-art 350,000
square foot facility in one single building. With 30-foot
ceilings and large overhead load-in-doors, it is the ideal
setting for consumer shows in Palm Beach county. In addition
with it’s location just one mile east of Interstate
95 on Okeechobee Blvd., the Palm Beach County convention center
is the easiest facility of it’s kind to access in all
of south Florida and will draw home owners from Palm Beach,
Martin and northern Broward counties.

MOVE IN INSTRUCTIONS:
EXHIBITORS WITH LARGE OR HEAVY DISPLAYS AND MUST DRIVE IN: move in will be Wednesday., October 3rd from 9:00am to 12:00pm ONLY!
(No pipe or drape will be set up at this time.)
ALL OTHER EXHIBITORS: move in will be Wednesday, October 3rd from 1:00pm – 8:00pm. Pipe and drape will set up at this time also. Thursday, October 4th from 9:00am – 8:00pm.
Carry in items only will be: Friday, October 5th from 9:00am – 11:00am
PLEASE NOTE THAT PER UNION RULES, DOLLIES ARE PERMITTED,
HOWEVER PALLET JACKS ARE NOT.
SIGN HANGING:
If you wish to have any signs or other items hung from the ceiling, you MUST provide signage & info by 4pm THURSDAY October 4th to Show Office.
V.I.P. TICKETS:
V.I.P. Tickets are available at NO CHARGE. Please provide their names on your letterhead and bring the list to the Show Office during move-in.
EXHIBITOR’S BADGES & ACCESS:
Exhibitor’s Credentials will be provided by the Show Office at time of move in & during the show. Exhibitors can enter the show’s hall as early as 9:00am Saturday and 10:00am Sunday which is 1 hour prior to the show.

PARKING:
As you know, with the attendance we normally get, parking is limited.
However, Exhibitor parking is ONLY on the front grass area. Upon move-in, you can purchase a discounted parking pass from the Convention Center.

Directions
to The Palm Beach County Convention Center
I-95
to Okeechobee Boulevard Exit 70 (previously Exit 52). Go east
on Okeechobee approximately 1/2 mile. Or, take the Florida
Turnpike to West Palm Beach Exit 99 (Okeechobee Boulevard).
Go east on Okeechobee Boulevard approximately 7 miles. The
Convention Center will be on the right (South) side at the
corner of Okeechobee Boulevard and Florida Avenue. |
